Toyota RAV4 is a super-popular compact crossover produced since 1994. Its platform was Toyota MC, known on Toyota Corolla, Previa and other cars. RAV4 is in the first level in the model range of Toyota SUVs. Above there are Venza, FJ Cruiser and Highlander. As to RAV 4 engines, all is easy about them. The smallest 1.8-liter 1ZZ was installed on RAV4 Mk 2. The bigger 2-liter belongs to the series 3ZR, 1AZ and 3S. There are also some models with 2.4-liter 2AZ, 2.5-liter 2AR and even 3.5 V6 2GR. Besides, for some models diesel engines 2-liter 1CD and 2.2-liter 2AD were used.
