BMW 4-Series is a middle-sized coupe of luxury class. It is located between compact 2-Series and large 6-Series autos in the whole production line of major German automaker. According to the latest producing tendencies new BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe has been manufactured on the base of 4-Series Coupe. At the same time it was also used as base for producing Convertible cabriolet as well as M3 Coupe sports version which is now called BMW M4.BMW F32 F33 F36 F80

Main rivals of BMW 4-Series in its segment include Audi A5, Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe/E-Class Coupe, Lexus RC, Infiniti Q60 and other competitors of this class.

Speaking about engine series which was produced for BMW 4, all motors have been manufactured on the base of versions which are available for BMW 3. It means that engines with low HP and other characteristics have been excluded for production line. In other words customer is able to choose from wide range of powerful motors from 2.0 to 3.0-liter diesel and gasoline engines (435i).
