Acura TL

Acura TL is a mid-size sedan produced between 1995 and 2014. This car replaced Acura Vigor and was designed based on the Honda Inspire. Among Acura cars, model TL is placed between Acura TSX and Acura RL.
Main competitors of Acura TL are the following: Lexus GS350/ES350, Infiniti M35, BMW 530i, Mercedes-Benz E300/E350, Audi A6, Volvo S80 and others.2012 Acura TL
In 2014, production of TL was discontinued, and production of Acura TLX was started instead.

Acura TL engines of the first two generations were the same as the ones used in Honda Inspire. In the first version, G25 and G20 series straight-5 engines were used. For more expensive models, V6 C32A engines were used.
In the second generation Acura TL, 6-cylinder J25A and J32A engines were used.
The third generation was built on the base of Honda Accord 7, but the engines were even more powerful. Here, V6 engines J32A and J35A were used.
The last, fourth generation of Acura TL was equipped with more powerful J35Z and J37A engines.
